I just want to know some of the BEST, most INCREDIBLE south beach recipes...or some that are very decent and QUICK and EASY! Sounds broad, I know...lol...so narrow it down with your discretion...lol..i'm really just trying to stockpile recipes...I'm a white meat chicken lover!! And I'm into creamy soups and I love FLAVOR!! I know we got some folks that have mastered the art of South Beach cooking!!! PLEASE HELP...contribute your faves!!!

If you read the comments regarding the recipes that catch your eye, you can determine how good the recipe is. Also, a lot of the recipes in our recipe section are rated, and are listed at the beginning of each heading in every category. This makes it easy to find some of our favorites.
