Default NSV at kickboxing class

This guy came to my kickboxing class this evening and it was his first time. He was clearly athletic and fit--built, big muscular shoulders, lean body. The kind of guy you would see in the gym every day.

When we started doing the class, he really went for it, he put everything he had into it, I could tell. By the end of the class, he was groaning during the exercises, and working really hard.
After class he came up to me and said "wow you guys are amazing, how you got through that whole class!" He complimented me on how well I did and said "you guys really give me hope!" I told him I've been doing the classes since January and I've been coming a lot, and I told him if he came regularly he would soon be doing well too.

A year or two ago I never would have thought I would be in the position of being fitter during a fitness fitness class than ANYONE else in the room, let alone an athletic muscular man!!
