Default Out of the 230's

It's official ladies! I'm out of the 230's!!!!

I haven't seen the 220's, well ever. Seems like I skipped from 150 in 5th grade all the way to 244 about a month ago. Any hooo, in 1 month I changed my life around with a lot of hard work and a **** ton of help from you guys.
I've not only changed physically but mentally as well. I don't crave food for no reason, I don't eat emotionally anymore, and I don't eat when I'm bored. Might seem like nothing to the average person but I'm shocked everytime I walk into a store and don't walk out with something to eat. It's amazing.

So, I dedicate my mini milestone to the girls of 3FC!!!!
