I am just getting ready for April! Being prepared is a HUGE thing for me! Hope this thread helps everyone keep thier weightloss in perspective! I know it sure is a motivational tool for me!
GOAL : 10lbs, I weigh in on Sundays.


Start weight (April 1)-212.8

April 5-207.2
April 12-209
April 19-208.2
April 26-206.8

FINISH(May 1)-209.2( Really up- I am thinking it is because I just started running 2 days ago, so that should go down fast and hopefully give me a big loss next month!)

Down 3.6 for April!

Goal for the month is five pounds.
April 6- 202 :( bad week!
April 13- 203 :( a really bad week
April 20- 198.6
April 27- 198.6 - a few tiny blips during the week but OK

Goal for month- 0 lbs. (I am going on a weeklong cruise this month, if I can break even at the end of the month, I'll consider that a huge win!)

I just started South Beach today.. I have tried it before, but failed miserably. I am determined this time. My goal is to lose 5 pounds in April.
My weigh-in day is Tuesday.

Hi ya'll. This is my first day on South Beach Diet, and also my first day as a 3FC member! :carrot:So, I decided to jump right in! I am so super excited to lose all this weight, I cannot wait until I reach my goal of 110 pounds. I weighed in this morning at 151 pounds, and I would like ro lose 41 pounds by October 10, 2009 (which is my 10 year high school reunion). In the past ten years I have had two children, and have a "leftover" wight of 41 pounds than what I did on my graduation day. I am 5'1", and 110 pounds is a suitable weight for my height. Wish me luck.

MY FIRST WEIGH IN:
4/10/09: 151 pounds :o

Starting today (4/12) *again* at 180.5
Lady at work gifted me with a pedometer, will try it for a week so how it goes, although it keeps falling off! it was a cheap one that sales people give them as a gift. I may invest in one from wegmans that doesn't start counting till you take five steps, so it doesn't register you standing, sitting, or moving.

4-17-09--I'm starting my second week of SB and hopefully I can stay on it! I'm starting to get bored with it and actually ate 1/2 bun yesterday with chicken! I hope that didn't mess things up too badly!

4-24-09--I'm going to TRY to stick with Phase I for a third week and then start Phase II. I desperately want to get under 190 by next week!!! It's been forever since I was below 190!!! YEAH!!!
