Default Anyone using Alli?

I just started Alli today and was wondering if anyone out there has tried it... I want to know if it's worked for you? If you have experienced any weird side effects...etc. Thanks in advance!!

I've been taking it for at least a month so far. I have no bad side effects, because I am watching what I'm eating. I don't eat anything high in fat. You really need to know what it is all about before you take it. Definitely follow the directions. I've also started WW the beginning of the month. I've lost 12 lbs so far this month. I'm not sure if that is all because of WW or if Alli had anything to do with it. I'm just happy to finally be under 200 again! Good luck if you decide to take it. I do highly recommend WW though. Awesome program.

There's some helpful info on myalli.com also.

I've been using Alli for two months along with ediets meal delivery service. So far I've lost 14 lbs; however, I've cheated for the past week because ediets screwed up my delivery and I moved.

For me, I don't see a significant difference with using Alli, although it does cut the fat. I'm also taking Green Tea Fat Burner and it seems to be better than Alli. I'll finish up the bottle that I'm currently on and then I'll just use the Green Tea.

I am on it and have had success. It WILL work if you work the program. The pill unto itself does little or nothing. As to the side effects, I rarely experience any unless I eat something off plan. It will definitely expedite weight loss. I would encourage you to follow the calorie and fat intake as Alli prescribes and focus on whole foods.

I've been using it for about a year. When I eat a meal that's over 15g of fat I get an "irritable bowel" but nothing crazy. It definitely helps to keep you on your toes on what exactly you're eating and how much fat is in it.

Alli gave me an extra 2-5lb loss a month when I was using it. It works, if you use it right, but it is too expensive for me.

If you get it from amazon you can subscribe to it and you will get 15% discount plus free shipping. And you can have it shipped out from once a month to every 6 months, and you can delay any shipment if you still have pills on hand.
Also, I would suggest that you forgo the starter pack and just go for the refills. The starter pack is more expensive and all you get is a meal journal to log your meals and pill holder that holds 6 pills for when you're on the go.
All the documentation etc. is included in all size refill packs.
Cheers.

Damn, was it an auction or a Buy it Now type deal?

I just got a 160 count refill from Costco for $55 on my lunch break (normally I get it from Amazon via subscription, but they had a $10 off coupon in this months mailer so it averages out to be the same as the 120 count from Amazon plus I don't have to wait for it to ship out).

Would you mind posting a url to the ebay store (if its a store)? I still have my receipt, I can return it and get it cheaper form ebay

It was an auction. I just looked on Ebay a few minutes ago for you. There are lots of good deals so you might just want to look. If I can figure out how to get to My Ebay I will post info. If you do Ebay, just check to make sure the seller has a good rating--you wouldn't want to buy fake pills.

I used to take Alli but I quit, not for any bad reasons just quit because that's the mood I was in lol. I have nothing but good things to say about it though. If you look at the numbers of how many calories or fat grams it blocks it doesn't really sound worth it to take them but it so is! It provides the accountability and keeps you honest and motivated to stick with it and for many people that makes a huge difference in wether or not they are successful in weight loss. Just follow the directions and keep with your fat/calorie target and you'll have nothing to worry about. Good luck!
