:) I know cottage chesse is legal, but when I read the label it is high in sugar, and that is the light? please help!:o

As long as you don't see sugar listed in the ingredients, and I've never seen a plain cottage cheese that has it, the sugars you see are natural occuring in the way of lactose.
Since you are in Florida, that means you have Publix and you can look for the FRIENDSHIP COTTAGE CHEESE, I love the whipped in the pink container and best of all, no preservatives as many other cottage cheeses seem to have.
Please join us on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD where we mostly post. The board is dated and each Monday we start a new board, as we have today.
Also, let us know where in Fl you are-there's a slew of us from the Sunshine State on our board, maybe you're close to one of us!!!
