Default Water Weight

Anyone else really struggle with this? I was so happy the other morning when I was down to 172 but today when I weighed it was 180! Over the course of 2 days!!! Makes me wonder if I actually only lost water weight before, although it was pretty steady 174 for a few weeks. No change in diet or tom, just happened. I don't eat tons of salt, but I know I need to drink more water. How does anyone else deal with this?

How often are you weighing yourself? i weigh myself one time a week (Every tuesday) so when i start weighing myself everyday of the week, i use it just as progress, but i dont actually count it until tuesday. weight fluctuates with everything you do, water, salt, (like you said) or even the time of day, if you used the bathroom recently.. ect. so try to only count it one a week.If it still goes up when youre doing everything right, i would evaluate what youre eating, you may be eating something you dont realize has a high content of something bad.
