Default Chili's Southwestern Vegetable Soup
This is probably my favorite vegetable soup recipe. It's a copycat version of the one that they have at Chili's. I use the recipe from the link below, but instead of chicken broth I use 6 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base and 6 cups of water. Enjoy!
