Default BFL Way of Eating Daily??

So very sorry if this is out there somewhere.....I have been searching for two days now and have not found any really solid info. I have ordered the book, but I am wanting to get started eating the way I should before it arrives. I have already started cardio and weight lifting, though I know I will have to tweak it once I read the book. Can anyone please give me any insight into what I should be eating daily? I would so appreciate any info you can give me, thanks in advance.
