Default THE TV Challenge

OKAY GUYS I TOTALLY STOLE THIS FROM THE CHICKS UP FOR A CHALLENGE THREAD.....BUT IT STARTED A WEEK AGO AND I THOUGHT IT WAS SOOOOO COOL

SO HERE IS HOW IT WORKS IN ORDER TO WATCH TV OR USE THE COMPUTER (WHATEVER YOUR VICE) YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE FOR 15 MINUTES. THIS HAPPENS WHILE WATCHING TV OR BEFORE LOGGING ON

DA RULES

*****THIS CANNOT REPLACE YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORKOUT (meaning that doing this at the gym watching tv doesn't count)

YOU CAN DO WHATEVER EXERCISE YOU WANT: JUMPING JACKS, PUSH-UPS CRUNCHES, RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE LIKE CRAZY, LIFT WEIGHTS ETC

POST PROGRESS IN YOUR SIG. THE CHALLENGE LASTS FOR 28 DAYS SO (0/28) THEN UPDATE FOR EACH DAY YOU DID THIS (4/28)

Post your SW/GW also. It seems like a cool way to burn some extra calories. This will be our thread to chat whatever for the challenge


Challenge lasts from 3/25 - 4/21

****As of right now I don't have a cool idea for what the winner gets or whatever so PM if you have any ideas****

Good for you bliss, however I don't. Once I get my workout on and am home from work I simply watch tv as do a lot of others i am sure......so join in if you don't already do this.

I may not do the TV/Computer challenge.. but in your sig, you have the 100 Push Up Challenge.. I think I will be starting that one!
