Default Final weigh-in tomorrow - yikes!

I've been doing this Biggest Loser thing at my gym. The 10-week program ends this week and I have my final fitness assessment tomorrow. I am so nervous. They measure change in % of weight lost, % of bodyfat lost, strength gained, flexibility, etc. Argh!

I've met my weight goal for the challenge (20#), but am wondering how I'm going to do in the body fat area and strength. We have to do modified push-ups to failure. I did 75 yesterday morning and could only do 48 5 weeks ago, so I'm pretty psyched about that.

Anyway, I am not sure why I'm so nervous. I know I'm not going to "win", as there are much bigger guys who have lost much more weight. It's not like there's a real "prize" either -- the prize is a smaller body and health, LOL.

I'm not sure there's a point to this post. Just venting and rambling I guess. I'll have the final results on Saturday and will post them, if anyone is curious.

Looks like you're already a winner to me! You've almost doubled your push-up ability!!

I agree, you've already won! I can definitely understand being a little nervous about the push-ups to failure test, though--just thinking about that gives me flashbacks to gym class in high school! BUT it sounds like you have worked hard and will have amazing results to show off to everyone tomorrow! You should be very proud of your efforts.

I am *starving* today... and having a work lunch at Cheesecake Factory. Argh!!!

I'm having an eggwhite omelette with mushrooms, onions, broccoli, and no cheese. Topped with salsa. No bread, no home fries. Booooring.

You're a winner 2 times over! For the number of pounds you lost AND for resisting temptation at the Cheesecake Factory of All Places!!

GREAT JOB!!!
