Hi everyone! I am looking for a few buddies that want to lose weight while doing Subway with me online.
I have been eating it since 2/9/2009 and I am actually losing weight but wanted to buddy up with a couple of people for support online. I lost approximately 10 pounds so far
I actually switch between Subway and Long Silver's during the week. Then I pick one night that I can eat WHATEVER I WANT! Last night I had pizza, and a peanut butter egg and still lost weight! Here is what I have been eating to lose the weight.

Sunday - Monday
Breakfast - Blueberry Yogurt 100 Calories
Lunch - Either Subway Meatball or Veggie Hoagie
75 Calorie Bag of Lays Light Potato Chips
Diet Soda
or
Long John Silvers Chicken Treasure Chest Kids Meal
Supper - (Whatever one I didn't pick at lunch! )
Snack at night - 100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn
100 Calorie Lorna Dunes
or
100 Calorie Chips
100 Calorie Hostess
I have been keeping it to around 1200 - 1400 calories a day
