Default OMG, I did it! I am in the 140's....
Hello chickies

This is a very important day for me today. For a couple days now, the scale had been hovering at EXACTLY 150.0... but today, after a fantastic day of working out and staying on plan yesterday... I am 148.8

I'M IN THE 140s!!!!

I realize this may seem like a small accomplishment... but this 150s/140s line has been the bane of my existence for a few years now. Every time I would try to lose weight.... I could NEVER get below 150. Until TODAY. I am telling you ladies (and gentlemen, of course), that is a SIGN!! This time, I am doing this... and I am doing it right. I feel great, I feel like I am starting to look great... I don't feel deprived at all! I have finally found something I can stick to for the rest of my life, and it works!!! 143 by memorial day, here I come!

Awesome!! That's a BIG milestone - congratulations! I completely understand that 150s/140s thing. Our stats are similar, and I briefly hit 148 by dieting for a vacation about 6 years ago, but the diet ended with the vacation ended and I haven't been anywhere close to it since. I hit finally 150 again this week and I am SO looking forward to seeing that 4 on the scale.
