yay! A new one...Thanks wardhog...You are awesome. I hope you had a great binge free weekend.

Ok, so binge free for 3 days..is that awesome or what? I am stoked. I was soooo tempted yesterday..because i had a friend wanting me to study biology with her and another friend wanting to study chemistry with me...and I was stressed because of this..

but i went to the kitchen and grabbed something munchy and crunchy...radishes!

yay me...4 lbs lighter right now...though I won't really know for a couple of days...since I take the weekly avg of my weight!

I hope everybody else stays motivated to stay binge free...ONE THING that majorly helps me...is a food journal! Being accountable to what goes in my mouth...

Binge free for 9 days and I'm definitely up for another 7 to add to that.

I set three goals for myself for this month: 1) to exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days out of the week, 2) to eat on plan, and 3) to stay binge free. I'm willing to be flexible with numbers 1 & 2, but 3 is the deal breaker so here goes for a binge free month.

Hooray for new shoes if I make it!

Way to go! 36days AND 4 lbs lost - AWESOME ! I can only hope to last that long OP/Binge-Free. I think the longest I've ever gone is 2 weeks.

Well I'm in (: Going on five days binge free today. Though I'm home alone tonight, and being home alone really flips a switch in my brain. I just want to eat, eat, eat. I need to find something to distract myself...

OK, I'm here!! Weekend was bad... bad... bad... as Jendiet said.. Mondays are great for starting over.

So here's to Day ONe of Week One!!!

I'm not even going to bother with weighing. As I am still on crutches so exercise is kind of a moot point. I'll go on how my clothes fit.

Thumbs up Thank God for Mondays

Today is the first day of a no binge more execise week for me. I haventm exercised in 3 months and it shows . Did my first workout tape today and panted the whole way through. Here is to getting through the whole dvd without heavy breathing.


p.s. If you know a good workout dvd let me know I like variety and because of my hectic schedual that is the only way I can get excersie in right now.

wow..I am on day 4 too...although..I have to admit..I got tests piling up on me...and that makes me want to binge...I have this site to keep me focused..

great job wormwood! wonderful news on the weight loss too!

Ida, is it because you are lonely? being home alone makes me want to binge too...but I find if i do housework..and talk to myself about what's bothering me aloud..or write it down....then I can figure out what will make me binge..and stay away from the food sources...while i'm in that mood...

hotsplashes I hope you get better to where you don't need those crutches...hope you are not in pain...good idea on keeping yourself accountable by how your clothes fit...

Sparrow--I find tapes boring..I can only do Dance Dance revolution..it keeps me moving and sweating...

Freyia--you can do it...just think of what it does for weight loss and for your mental health...see wormwood's inspiration!

Paniana good job!

Tuesday cool, you can do it...good job on being binge free until the weekend!fast food may be a trigger for you--you may have to avoid or have a friend go with you?

My last binge was 5 days ago..and it was SOOO horrible and the trigger was a puff pastry called "chocolate mini eclairs" I wish I could just eat one...ONE DAY i vow to be able to.

This is just what I need, I'm in.
I've been doing reasonably well today but could have done better. What's done is done though.
I'm going to concentrate on having a binge free week from NOW.
Arghh sometimes it's just so hard in the face of temptation. I'm really going to try my hardest and then some.
