Default Just wanted to share this amazing spaghetti recipe I found.

I am a huge pasta fanatic and so I was stoked to find this low cal spaghetti recipe the other day. I tried it for breakfast this morning and it was amazing! I got those oriental style noodles that were about 100 calories per serving and mixed them with 1/4 a cup of Ragu pasta sauce, the Bell Pepper and Mushroom kind, and added in extra mushrooms and bell peppers. It was delicious and came out to roughly 165 calories, and I'm completely stuffed. Best of all, since the noodles are already cooked, It only took about 10 minutes to make the whole thing, including the time it took to cut up the vegetables. Very yummy.

I think those tofu noodles -- you either love them or hate them! I wish I liked them because they're great nutritionally but wow, the texture of them literally gags me.

My fave sub for regular pasta is the brown rice pasta from trader joes although, it has more calories than this kind.

I bought some kelp noodles and they are completely flavorless. I like them.
