Well I fell off the wagon again. I ate a McSkillet Burrito for breakfast. I have to go to sleep earlier so I can get up earlier so I can fix my breakfast! I could have saved 450 calories & been much more satisfied. Why do I keep doing this to myself?!?!?! UGH! :mad:
Other than that...it is a nice cold wet day here in Texas. Darn weather can't make up its mind. One day your wearing capris & tank tops then the next your in a long sleeve & light jacket. :dizzy:

Good morning ladies. I'm doing ok so far today.
Wanda hang in there. To me I figure its ok to keep restarting...at least we are trying right? You just never want to give up.

Things are going OK for me today, plan wise. I planned out my food this morning and so far so good. I'm going out grocery shopping now so I should probably have one of my snacks first, or I may give in to something 'cuz I'm a little bit hungry!! :)
SamanthaJubilee - I do the same thing...I eat something I shouldn't and then it screws up my calories for the rest of the day, so I end up being hungry at the end instead of spreading them out properly. AAHH!

evening all..well i've been gone for a few days. Took a trip down south to visit family. 5 days of travel definately killed the diet. Couldn't resist good cajun food in Baton rouge...oh well...time to get back to eating better and working out. hey to all those that are new. Hey to everyone else!

Hi Everyone! Samantha Jubilee-I know how you feel-I did well for breakfast and lunch and then blew my dinner-I had a gin margarita and some ice cream tonight at a friend's house. My dinner portions were fine, though! I'm going to go try to redeem myself on the elliptical-45 minutes tonight! Tomorrow should be better. I have everything planned out, so I won't sway tomorrow.

Hi everyone! Been a tough week since I've been battling a cruddy cold. Other than that, things are not too bad.
Hope you all are doing well. There's just not enough hours in the day to get here as much as I'd like. Take care.
