I started WW on 9/8/08 and have lost 75lbs!! Before I started, walking up the 3 flights of stairs to get to my apartment was my daily workout. Now I can jog a 14 minute mile and have registered for my first 5k in 2 weeks!
Wow - you've made incredible progress!! How great it must feel to see the improvements, not just in weight loss but in fitness, too! Running a 5K is awesome!
