Overeaters Anonymous - OE meetings in Philadelphia

I have been tempted to go to an OE meeting...but I am scared..new people...new setting...all that good stuff...


Does anyone attend OE meetings at home? how are they?

I do both face to face and online meetings. I prefere the face to face ones. They help take away the isolation that is part of the addiction. But they both work if that is what you are asking. as long as you are willing to work the program.
