Default Results Are The Best Motivation
I started counting calories on January 18, 2009 because I wanted to buy new clothes and I didn't want them to be a size 14. I went out that weekend and bought a scale instead. My starting weight was approximately 212 lbs. Today I weighed in at 191.5 lbs. for a total of 20.5 lbs lost. Yesterday I went shopping for jeans and fit comfortably into size 12 Seven jeans and size 31 Lucky jeans and today at the courthouse 3 people asked me if I'd been losing weight. All of these results are just making me more committed to staying on plan and seeing more successes in the future.

Congrats!!! Wow, you've done amazingly well!

I agree, and I only just realized that I agree this week when I jump out of bed every morning to see how much lower the numbers on the scale go, and how much looser my pants will fit!
