Where are your trouble spots with sodium? Maybe we can suggest alternatives. blackbutterfly 03-10-2009, 09:08 AM I find that prepackaged meals are HIGH in sodium!! They take 5 minutes and you can control the sodium. Creamy Tomato Soup 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes (I buy no sodium versions) 1/2 cup veggie broth 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning Combine all ingredients and heat through. Makes 1 serving. I like to add some frozen corn (not thawed) to it or eat it with some whole grain crackers. Cream Pumpkin Soup 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 cup veggie broth 1/4 cup soy milk salt, pumpkin spice Same directions as above. Not sure if you have access to cooking soups, but these are really good!
