I find that prepackaged meals are HIGH in sodium!! So maybe making your own and watch how you season it.

*My son's 1st Birthday is March 28th!!!! But I don't think I'll be in Onderland by then!! *Good Luck*

Fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains :) Limit your packaged foods, especially canned.

Where are your trouble spots with sodium? Maybe we can suggest alternatives.

Here are two easy creamy soups that I make all the time. They take 5 minutes and you can control the sodium.

Creamy Tomato Soup
1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes (I buy no sodium versions)
1/2 cup veggie broth
1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning

Combine all ingredients and heat through. Makes 1 serving. I like to add some frozen corn (not thawed) to it or eat it with some whole grain crackers.

Cream Pumpkin Soup
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup veggie broth
1/4 cup soy milk
salt, pumpkin spice

Same directions as above.

Not sure if you have access to cooking soups, but these are really good!
