Momentum / Flex - how many points?

i count points and my boyfriend is curious about how many points he would get, i would tell him but i lost my booklet with that valuable information! i think he weights like 290 or something

It's the first two numbers of your weight, so his would be 29, plus 8 since he's a guy, so 37, plus some if he has a job where he moves around vs an office job. I think there might be one more, but I'd tell him to estimate about 40ish. Hope this helps!

i found my booklet! haha but thanks.... i follow the point system from like 2006 and he actually weighs 310 (hes like 6'7") so it says he get 32pts!

I think he would actually get more than 32 points with the momentum plan. I started at 314 and I got 37 points, but guys get more points than girls, so I think he'd get over 37 points.
