silly question...

the package says 1 serving is 1 cup.. is that 1 cup frozen or 1 cup cooked. Makes a big difference!

Gosh, that is a good question. I would guess cooked because a "serving" would be just that, something you served to eat. I show 7 points for a cup. Is that what you have?

(Like my logic?)

Lost 10 1/2 pounds, but looking for more (slow and easy).

Yes.. I LOVE your logic.. hehe

What kind of hasbrowns are you eating? 7 points.. oh my!

mine are 1 point.. 70 cal.. 1 gr of fiber.. mine are from the freezer section with peppers and onions.

I don't eat the loose hashbrowns because of so many points. I eat the little patties. I see in my Complete Food Companion that Ore-Ida Southern Style hashbrowns is only 1 pt. for 2/3 cup. That's not too bad.

Enjoy your day.

Hi there, my name is Tracie and I just started doing WW at home about 2wks ago. I saw where you were talking about hashbrowns. I buy them from the Schwan's truck and they are delicious! I also just starting eating the Boca burgers and they are good too. I never dreamed I would be someone who would eat soy burgers. I just use diet bread and I had bought some fat-free cheese, but I believe regular cheese has the same amount of pts?? I'll have to look for the Ms. Meringue cookies. I've never heard of them. thanks for letting me stop in :)

Hi Tracie, Welcome!

The Mrs. Meringue cookies are really good. Fat Free cheese is 1 pt. and regular is 2-3 points, depending on type.

Happy losing!
