I am saving my pennies so I can spend time with a personal trainer but until then I would like some input on my work out. I usually use the treadmill first for about 40 minutes at 3.5. Then I move to the Eliptical which I do for 20 minutes. Next I do strength machines such as rowing, crunches, and the leg press. I get my heart rate up to 165 (sometimes higher) so I feel that I am getting a cardio work out but am I wrong? Any input would be very helpful
