Default Quick Burn plan

Hi I just started the Take Off diet using the knudsens morning blend. It says I can have unlimited proteins and unlimited raw vegetables that are on the list.So does that mean I can not cook the veggies? It says raw so I am assuming notbut than on another section of my list it says they can be cooked and gives measurements for how much to eat.I am thoroughly confused.Any help wopuld be greatly appreciated. Also has anybody else gotten a headache doing this?Is it just my body adjusting?

Yes to the headache! HA! The headach is from the withdrawl of sugar, caffeine and you know all that icky stuff we eat! It will get better!
And usually I eat raw veggies like salad, cucumbers and that kind of stuff. I do sometimes cook some with eggs like spinach and green peppers so don't see a problem with that. Just don't use oil.
Hoep that helps!

Thank you for your quick reply.I was trying to figure out what to make for lunch.Your reply was very helpful. Can you use sea salt instead of the morton's lite salt?I was on Metabolic Research before and it is very similar to this but much stricter.LAWL seems to have more food choices and some condiments are are allowed so that was exciting.Does anyone know if you can substitute elk or buffalo for the beef?

I would use a very small amount of salt if any. Because that is what you are supposed to be flushing??? I am not saying that I don't, but keep it to a small amount. I usually use a little lemon pepper on my fish, or chicken. I don't know about the elk or buffalo but I would assume it would be ok, in moderation.
