WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Chatters for March

View Full Version : Thursday Chatters for March

03-01-2009, 11:04 PM

We welcome anyone who wants to join us. At some time or another we once weighed on Thursdays. If I don't mind saying so.... we are a very supportive group and help each other out anyway we can. We've been through lots together.

Tina, how are you feeling? Take care of yourself!!! Prayers for you and your mother!

Tammy, are you staying warm?

Jeanne, what's new with you?

Dori, when is your spring break? Mine is 2 weeks aways, and I am ready!!

Maureen, how is the new job?

Nothing new here! Same ole thing. Not ready for Monday!!!

03-01-2009, 11:19 PM
Susan, thanks so much for starting us off. Wow, it's March!!!!! :)

My mother is going down very quickly. She doesn't seem to be in any pain. I pray that it stays that way.
For me-----recovery is slow. I'm taking it easy.

Tammy, are you sore from all your exercising? :D Are y'all getting all that snow that I see on the weather maps? I hope Tim is safe going to and from school.

Jeanne, you are so quiet? I miss you.

Dori, all you need is a very long and quiet Spring Break.

Maureen, can you come up for air? Have you been able to lose much on the vega diet? I hope so.

We'd love to have new members join.

Hi! Merry March everyone!
I'll catch ya up a little bit! Our getaway was nice. We ate too much and gambled too much and lost too much!!! hahah.....getting the drift?!?!?
We are remodling our family room....yay.....it needs it! We had put it off because we thought we were moving and then we didn't so.........I can't wait! We are getting a flat screen tv for the wall and an "L" shaped couch!
Valentines WEEK was SO busy here at work! Now.........EASTER! My store is set for it and it looks so cute........
We are going away 3/13 - 3/23 ..........Myrtle Beach! And to think I was a wreck leaving the kids for 2 nights. I guess thats what grandma & pap are for! haha! We won't have our laptop with us. It hasn't been working and we don't have a pc at the condo!
AVON - so busy! There is no recession when it comes to womens facial creams and makeup! haha!
Jessica is doing absolutely AMAZING!!!! I couldn't be prouder! She has lost almost 20#. She thrives on the gym. She can't wait to get there. Her & Kait actually talked me into going yesterday with them. I AM SO SORE! I won't be able to go back until Weds. But.........I'm just fine with that!;)

Tina - I'm glad you are recovering! What did I miss about your mom?

Tammy - Hi! How are you and Tim and Maurice doing? I think mother nature fooled us a couple of days last week with some mild temps cause it's gosh darn freezing here again!!!

Dori & Susan - what are you going to do for spring break? Anything special or just relaxation?!?!;)

Maureen - Hi! Hope you are doing well!

Well I'm at work (shhhhh) so I better scoot. I just wanted to say hello and let you know that I am missing you!

03-02-2009, 03:58 PM
Sorry I haven't been on lately. When my brother was here last week, he agreed that my computer is on its way out. I ordered a new one, and it should be here by next week. Also bought a new desk yesterday. The old one is at least 15 years old, and it has seen better days.

Had some warm days last week (at least for February), but now it is really cold again. And windy!! Little bit of snow flurries, but nothing like what others have gotten thank goodness!

Tina, keeping you and your family in prayers.

I was so busy over at the church for the Emmaus Walk for men from last Wed. till yesterday. I took a 4 hour nap yesterday! I got up this morning to go to aerobics, but I ended up going back to bed for 3 hours. I know that I overdid it. I'll never learn!

Jeanne, Myrtle Beach sounds great! Tim's spring break is next week. I told him we should go to Jekyll Island for a few days. I have a couple of things going on during the week, but I could always call and reschedule. Who knows.

When my brother came and brought the pizza last week, it was great because I really didn't like it! I didn't eat very much at all.

I think it's nap time. I haven't even gotten dressed today. Pretty pitiful.

03-03-2009, 04:24 PM
Sigh. Things are so hectic I don't know which way is up. I'm emotional as all good out, not so into losing weight at this point, and basically just so ready to throw in the ball. Anyways. I'm not looking forward to weigh in this week and I'm debating on going at all.

My Spring Break is April 13-17 and I can't wait for it to get here. I'm not sure I'll do anything exciting, but a day or two on a beach would definitely be nice.

Well I must run for now. Talk at you all later.

03-04-2009, 12:50 AM
Dori, I think we have all had that mindset at one time or another. I've had that mindset too many times to count. I have been ready so many times to just throw in the towel completely. Know that you can come here for support, and we'll help you out in any way that we can. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! I agree about the beach being nice.

I can't convince Tim to go anywhere. Bummer.

03-04-2009, 09:32 AM
Dori...........ditto what tammy said!
We are all here for you~

03-05-2009, 11:50 AM
Well, the new computer arrived yesterday, and it is still in the box. lol Tim was putting the new desk together last night, and the main part of the desk is bent. He got online to the company about getting a replacement for it. That should be here in a few days. It would be nice if it was here by the weekend so Lauren could help him put it together. Gets me out of helping that way!

Leaving for reflexology soon. Taking Tim out for his 21st birthday dinner later at his favorite local restaurant. He is looking forward to their pork chops, I'm looking forward to the whitefish. Yummy! I can't believe he is 21.

Hope you are all doing well!

03-05-2009, 01:51 PM
:celebrate: Happy Birthday Tim!
Have a great dinner out Tammy!

03-05-2009, 03:46 PM
:bday2you: Tim
It's so hard to believe that he's 21. Wow, time really flies, doesn't it!
I'm glad you'll be going out tonight.
That desk!@! That's the way it is now when you buy things. I'm glad the computer got there okay. Is it another Dell?

I got the rest of my staples out yesterday. I've still got a lot of soreness and discomfort. The nurse thought it would be better after another week. Hopefully, she's correct.

My mother is not good. With the way she's "progressing," we might lose her next week.

03-05-2009, 11:44 PM
Thanks for the birthday wishes for Tim! Dinner was great. The computer is HP this time.

Tina, I'm sure you'll keep feeling better each day. I am so sorry about your mother going downhill. It isn't easy to watch that happening. Keeping you and your family in prayers.

Well, it's getting late, and I haven't done my Bible study for today yet. I can't get behind because then I have trouble catching up.

03-06-2009, 03:47 PM
I have done water aerobics for the past 3 years, but I'm not doing it this session at the Y. Today for our aerobics class, we went to the pool. I almost didn't go because I've done it so much before. This was an entirely new experience! Usually when I have done it, we are in the shallow end of the pool. Not today! We all wore flotation belts, and we were in the DEEP end! Oh my! I stayed close to the side for quite a while till I got comfortable. It was a great workout! I would sign up for a class if I knew it was going to be like that again. Once I got used to it, it wasn't so bad.

Tim's gf will be here soon. We are doing Italian for supper. Eating out too much! I'm keeping track of everything though.

Hope you are all ok!!

03-06-2009, 04:06 PM
Hi all,
Tammy, I've heard that the deep end workout is really something! Just the thought makes my abdomen hurt.
Talking about eating out---with me out-of-commission, we've been saving lots of money. People from church have brought us several meals. I'll be able to put some money in savings this month. :D

How is everyone doing? We are a very quiet group right now.

Come on and post!!!

03-06-2009, 04:56 PM
Tina - Sorry to hear about your mother. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Tammy - Glad to hear that Tim had a good birthday and you are doing good. I've never done water aerobics, but think I may have to look into it.

Well I decided that I would go to weigh in even though I knew I had gained. So I went and I gained 3 lbs. I'm not stopping though. Yesterday I overate, but still tracked my points. Today has been a little better, but not much. I plan on starting back with my exercising and hopefully that will make a difference.

I was supposed to attend a Women's Conference today with my church, but was unable to find a sitter that I felt comfortable with for Teresa. I was really looking forward to it because I definitely needed something geared just toward women. Oh well, maybe next year.

03-07-2009, 12:23 PM
Hi Ladies.............
Urgh...............I feel so fat!!!!!:(
Got out some capris for the beach and I look like a whale! Oh my!

Tina - Have had you & your mom in my prayers. How is she doing?

Tammy - How was the Italian? We met my brother & his family at Cafe Capris in Boardman last week!!! Yummy!

Dori - Sorry you didn't get to go to the Womens Conf. Maybe next year! They are so spirtual & encouraging, aren't they!!!!

Susan - We haven't seen you since you started the thread, hope you're ok!!!

Well gotta scoot. I'm only a half day at work so I shouldn't spend it on here. heehee! And..........when I leave I have shopping to do!
Have a great day everyone! Hugs to all!

03-08-2009, 11:04 AM
Hi girls! Well it's frumpy, grumpy, bumpy me! I WI today (reluctantly but way over due) and I weighed in at 237#!!!!!:( Thats an 8# gain!!! So, I just thought if I got that out, I would feel better.
Hmmmmmm, I don't yet!

Well I hope this finds everyone else having a great Sunday! we are going to my nephews 2nd birthday party. It's about an hour from here. So, I better get a move on.

I'm focused and OP!!!! So, we'll see!

Have a great day evereyone!

03-08-2009, 12:38 PM
It's Sunday! :carrot:
We can do this---eat healthy!!!!
Dori and Jeanne, I'm so sorry y'all are having such a rough time.
It would be easy to say that "we all have this happen to us" but I won't.

Today is the first day of a new week.....and we've "sprung forward" too. :D It's one step at a time. One healthier thing at a time, if necessary.

I hope that didn't sound goofy. I'm on pain medicine right now. :dizzy::dizzy::dizzy: Yesterday wasn't a good day, lots of aches and pains.
My mother remains about the same. They get her to drink a little each day. It's not enough to keep a bird alive. I ask that you continue to pray for us.
Love y'all,

03-08-2009, 11:49 PM
Dori, give water aerobics a try. It really is fun. I am going to a Women of Faith conference in April. I'm really looking forward to it.

Jeanne, when we got to the Italian place the other night, they had a special on grilled herbed tilapia. I thought it sounded good, so I ordered it. I was very disappointed. Way too Herby for me. I know that I didn't even eat 1/2 of it, and it wasn't a huge serving anyway. Jumping back on the wagon is the best thing you could do! Things will be better next weigh in.

Tina, pain meds are a good thing! LOL Keep us posted on your mother. I know how hard it is.

Here's my most recent incident: For the past week
or so, I've been dizzy off and on each day. I told Tim that I thought it was sinus crap, and he pretty much agreed, but he thought I should call the doctor. I didn't of course. Well, yesterday off and on all day, I kept getting
stabbing pains in my left temple. It didn't last long, and it didn't happen often. Last night I ended up with a longer pain and dizziness. Took my BP, and it was down to 110/60, pulse was 58. That kind of scared me. Tim wanted to call the squad, but I thought he could just drive me to the hospital. Took my BP again, and it was even lower and so was the pulse. I agreed to the squad.

It was an interesting ride to Greenville chatting with the dudes in the back. I was feeling better once they started an IV. At Wayne, they did blood tests (sed rate and others), checked urine, and I had a catscan. Everything came back normal. The doctor told me that he was honestly stumped. He had ruled out all of the "bad" things that it could be.

They gave me a steroid shot of some kind to help with the headaches, and I've only had one short one since the shot. I'm to get a prescription filled, but I'm going to wait until after I see the doctor. I'm calling him in the morning.

We got home about 5:00 this morning. Short night. I have slept off and on most of the day. I've had a few of the headaches, but not often and not for very long. No dizziness.

03-09-2009, 12:13 AM
Oh Tammy,
I'm so sorry! I guess it's good that you don't have the "bad stuff" wrong with you. Please let us know when you find out something.

03-09-2009, 10:46 AM
Update. My doctor is out of the office until next Monday. Great, huh? The other doctor in that office is taking his patients, but she is booked for today. They schedule you the day you call, so I have to call again in the morning, and hopefully I can get an appt. tomorrow. Crazy. So far no headaches or dizziness today. I did go to the Y, but I sure took it easy!

Meeting the retired crew at 11;30 for lunch.

03-10-2009, 08:28 PM
Oh my goodness Tammy! I'm sorry too! You take care and don't over do it!

I'm really sorry for not posting but I've been having a real hard time getting this page to open!!!- Tina, sorry to hear about your Mom, I will be saying a prayer for you and her-it's really hard to see our parents age-I was just thinking about my Mom earlier and I remember her chasing me around the kitchen table and now she seems so frail-that's life though.Tammy, you take it easy-like Tina said, at least they didn't find anything bad.
My temp assignment should be done tomorrow-I'll probably only work half a day-but I have to go in a little later-ladies think positive thoughts tomorrow-I have an interview with a temp agency that I had applied at-they want someone in their office to handle the security clearance checks. -this is a full time position-I told them that even though I'm older than God-at least I won't be taking time off for maternity leave or sick children etc-I think I have a few good years left in me-do you think I should roller blade into the interview lol-they'd probably send me to a home for the bewilderderd!!!
Anyway have a super day and please wish me luck

thanks for being here

03-10-2009, 11:04 PM
Information! Tina's mother passed away last night. Let's all keep Tina and the family in our prayers.

Maureen, I think it is a great idea to roller blade into the interview!! Love it!!

Got into the doctor today. She went over all the test results with me from the hospital, and she agreed that all of the "bad" stuff had been ruled out. I have a prescription for a steroid that I need to take for the next few days. Since I had the steroid shot at the ER, I have only had a few of the headaches, and that was on Sunday. Taking it pretty easy. Still going to the Y in the morning, but not doing all that much.

Oh, I'm already up 3 pounds from what I was on Saturday morning. The doctor told me I'd see an almost instant weight gain with the shot, and he was right. I can just imagine what the pills will do to me. I have been eating less the past few days, so I know I really haven't gained the weight, it's the meds doing it.

03-11-2009, 12:09 AM
Well, I'm not getting the notices!!!

Tammy, thanks for posting about Tina's mother! she is in our prayers!

You my friend, take care of yourself!!!! Drink lots!!! Steriods ... I look at them and gain weight. Wonder if you were dehydrated? don't exercise too much!

Maureen, put us down as a reference!!!! We'll give you a good one!!! Good luck!

Jeanne, don't beat yourself up about the gain. That happens at times.

I'm hanging in there. I'm so ready for a break. I think I need a career change!!!!! Not the kids but the adults!!!

03-11-2009, 05:43 PM
Hi friends,
Thank you for all your love, prayers and support. This still seems unreal.
Mother is in heaven now, without pain. The last few days, she would look up at the ceiling and talk. We believe that she was talking to the angels.

The funeral will be Friday morning.

Again, thank you!

03-11-2009, 10:52 PM

I have no doubt that your mother was talking to the Angels!!!!

03-11-2009, 11:14 PM
Susan, I've been drinking plenty of water, so I'm sure I'm not dehydrated. I can understand about the career change because of the adults!

Tina, my mother's last few days when she was still awake, she would be talking to someone across the room. I asked who she was talking to, and she laughed and said, "Well, my parents Silly!" Then she mentioned Bobby, her brother who died when I was in 3rd grade. That gave me some peace.

03-11-2009, 11:32 PM
Before my best friend's mom passed away, he told her "Mom now when you get to Heaven you look for Seamus." As she was taking her last breathe, she was calling his name. Now this is a woman that never met me, nor my son but she knew how important we were to her son. He didn't want to tell me but he did. I just cry every time I think of her watching out after my baby.

03-14-2009, 04:12 PM
Hi all,
Mother's funeral was beautiful. We have a pretty small family. But, I got to see some cousins that I haven't seen in years. I don't know how many people were there. This chapel holds 150 and it was almost filled.
The weather was atrocious. :p It was freezing at the cemetery.

I'm exhasted and so sore today. Some friends just came by and left three 12" Subways, salsa, chips, potato salad and pound cake. I'm staying away from all the sweets. (My freezer looks like a dessert factory.)

Tammy, how are you feeling? Any more headaches?
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Stay OP!!!

03-15-2009, 08:09 AM
Good morning all-just wanted to stop by and say "I got the job!!" I started on Thursday-because Ottawa is a government city-anyone applying at an agency has to fill out a security clearance-my job is to have these clearances processed-a lot of paper work but I don't think I'll have too hard a time to learn it.

03-15-2009, 12:54 PM
:dance::cp: Maureen :bravo:
That's wonderful

03-15-2009, 01:37 PM

Tina, If the weather is bad on the day of a funeral, it's because the "Angels are crying" I know your mother loved the service and is at peace. I am glad so many of your family was able to come. I hope you are feeling better and your tummy is not so sore. Are you still in a lot of pain?

Maureen :bravo: I'm so happy you got the job! It sounds interesting and very busy!!!!

Tammy, how are you feeling?

03-16-2009, 11:57 AM
Good morning!!!
It's supposed to warm up here this week. Yea!
I'm keeping my weight down even though my appetite has improved.
Still very, very sore, especially over the incision. I think Larry is going to call the surgeon and find out if that's okay. I can't get anywhere with his nurse!:p
Tammy, are you better? Have you had any more headaches?

Dori, you can do this!!!!! Don't give up. That's what we're here for, to help you.
Susan, that's a sweet idea about the angels crying.

Maureen, that is soooo great about your job. I'm so happy for you.

Jeanne, now when is your getaway going to start?

03-19-2009, 12:01 PM
Happy Thursday-
It's been kind of quiet around here. Maybe we're not all getting messages about postings. That happens to me a lot.

Am going to talk to the doctor today. I'm feeling much better now that I've crossed the 4-week mark. Buy, this soreness is almost too much at times. :(

Hope everyone has a great day.

03-22-2009, 10:53 PM
I thought I wasn't getting any notices but no one is writing. :) It's been spring break here. Pat took the week off and we did all kinds of things. We got the vegetable garden in so be ready for some veggies this summer.

I'm not ready to go back to work!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a new job!!!!!!

Hope everyone is doing well! We ate dinner tonight at a Tapa place. It was really good. We tried all different kinds of things.

03-22-2009, 11:20 PM
Hi Susan, it's good to hear from you.
I guess that I'm out of the loop because I don't know what a Tapa place is.
I am so hungry for Mexican food. It's been over a month since I've had any. Maybe I can get Larry to go get some take-out this week.

Hope everyone is okay.

03-22-2009, 11:43 PM
At Tapa places, you order a little bit of what you want. It will come with one serving and you get several. This is the first time we went to this place. We asked the guy and he said for 2 people normally you get about 5 or 6 tapas. So Pat ordered humus and pita bread for both of us (that was one), chicken, spicy potatoes, chorrizo, and something else. I got 4 shrimp and then an artichoke and olive mixture. You get a small serving of what you order, so the nice thing is that you don't leave stuffed. Oh and Pat got a lemon-lime cake. It was yummy too. The food was a Spanish/ Mediterrian type, it was really good.

Probably not the best description but the best I could do :)

03-23-2009, 12:37 PM
Tina - Sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. :hug:s

Hello girls. It seems as though I have no time to visit with you all. Things are busy as always. Between work, school, church, and baseball practice I barely have time to catch my breath. I'm still struggling in almost all aspects, but know that it's because of my unwillingness to let things go and let God take care of it. Sigh. Not much more to say at this point. I'll try to check in on a more regular basis.

03-23-2009, 03:25 PM
Dori, I'm so glad to hear from you. Thank you for all your :hug:s. I still need them.
You are a very busy person. We are here for you. Please keep checking in. YOU can do this!!!

Tammy, how is your health.

Susan, thanks for explaining about that tapa. It sounds a lot like the concept of dim sum places. Have you ever been to those?
How was the first day back at work???

Jeanne, you haven't been here in quite a while. Did y'all take your getaway?

Maureen, how is your new job? Have you had time to roller blade lately? :)

Hi everyone
almost done with week 2 of this job-it's a job-hopefully my last one-I'm liking it-the people are very nice-time will tell-I am on 3 months probation(this is pretty standard anywhere)-as soon as my security clearance is upgraded I'll pretty much be on my own. I bought a Jack Lelanne juicer Saturday-so I'm going to give that a try-I can't do any worse than what I have been doing-I'm sitting here with juice drink mixture of potatoes, beets, celery, carrots, tomatoes a bit of lettuce and a small piece of ginger-doesn't taste too bad-
well have a good evening and I'll be here more often

03-24-2009, 03:54 PM
Hello everyone!
We are back from vacation. Urghhhh! I came back to work yesterday and yawned ALL DAY!! I couldn't get enough sleep. Went home last night and fell asleep around 8 PM and slept till 8 AM this morning! Funny how a restful vacation can be so tiring!:D
We had some cool weather the first couple of days and then sunny and 70's the rest of the time. We went to the Dixie Stampede dinner & show one night - super nice time! Then we went to the Carolina Opry two different nights, one for "Good Vibrations" which was music from the 60's, 70's, & 80's! SUPER FUN! Then we went to another show there for the country music. It was good too, but not as good as Good Vibrations.
Spent a couple of days laying on the beach and we ate tons of fresh seafood!

The kids did great. Kaitlin (16) was suppose to text her sister when she got to school and let her know that she got there ok. (her commute is about 35 min.) So Jessica (21 & in charge) called school!!! haha! Kaitlin was so mad.

Another funny story, school called us on our cell..........yep:o........Katilin was in the bathroom and her phone fell out of her pants pocket into the toilet, the big problem was it was an auto flusher. So, when she stood up to grab it real quick - it got sucked down the toilet! :stress: Poor Kait!

Otherwise....................everyone did just fine!

I was reading your posts and catching up! I'm glad everyone is doing ok. Tina - I hope you got my pm! Again, I'm soooo sorry about your mom. I'm sure your mom & my mom are in heaven having a cup of coffee and talking about us right now!;)

Gotta scoot cause I am at work! I'll catch up more later this evening.
Big hugs out to all of you!

03-24-2009, 03:57 PM
Jeanne----I got your PM (thank you) and I sent you one!!!!!

03-24-2009, 09:48 PM
PS - my avatar is right off of our deck!

03-26-2009, 07:48 AM
Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a good week!
Good Luck with WI's!

03-26-2009, 09:08 AM
Happy Thursday!

Maureen, glad to hear the new job is going well.

Jeanne, I want to go away!

Susan, the tapa place sounds interesting!

Dori, you are way too busy! I'm like you knowing that I need to turn things over to God, but sometimes I want to be in charge even though I know better.

Tina, did you ever get your Mexican food?

I'm feeling pretty good even though I'm upset that the steroids made me gain a few pounds. I'm off of them now, so hopefully those pounds will go away. Not changing my butterfly because I'm stubborn!

03-26-2009, 11:32 AM
Hi all,
This recovery is getting me down. I've ventured out in the car twice. I'm still really, really sore and know that I could not make a fast stop. The first day, I went down a side street going 20 mph.
I've got one more week before I'm "officially healed." At least, that's what they say. I have a nurse friend who told me that it'll take a whole year to be completely well. Now, I didn't need to hear that!!!
But, I'm stronger--just can't stand or sit for too long or it starts hurting.
I've become one with my sofa.
Tammy, I'm glad you are off those pills. And, yes, Larry got us Mexican food last night. Yummy
Susan, I'll have to check to see if we have tapa places.
Jeanne, I know it's hard getting back into the grind of work.
Dori, how are you doing?
Maureen, I'm so glad you are enjoying that job. Good luck with the juicer. I've tried carrot juice but it made me gag.

Everyone have a great day. :)

03-27-2009, 12:17 PM
So do you guys know how easy it is to eat 15 pieces of candy (assorted chocolates) during an 8 hour shift! Well............it is! And may I add that 15 pc. is a 1/2 pound box!!!!! Urrrrghhhh! Oh, I did that on Tuesday! Wed......maybe just a fraction of that and then Thursday I went cold turkey!!!! Thought I was going to die! But, I didn't and today is friday and so far so good! But I know this isn't anything new from me, so you're probably all thinking blah blah blah! hahaha! Just kidding!

Anyways, I'm finally caught up on my sleep!

Do you guys find it hard to get your water intake? I am lucky to drink one bottle a day, let alone the requirement. I'm not too big on the sugar free stuff for in the water bottles but I do like the 30 cal. cherry kool aid.

Well enough from me for now. Hope you are all having a great day! It is 62 and sunny here!:flow2:

Thanks for being my friends!

03-27-2009, 12:24 PM
Hi all,
I don't like drinking my water, either. Right now, it is a "necessity" that I drink at least 8 glasses a day. That is almost impossible for me.
I find that if I make myself drink half in the morning, it helps.
Then in the afternoon, I will drink that other 4 glasses at half hour intervals. I'm in the bathroom alot but do get it all done with before 5 p.m.

Jeanne, you need another line of work.

Tina, I groaned when I read what your friend said about it taking you a year to be well.

Jeanne, sure wish I had some of that chocolate right now!!! I have good days and bad days with the water drinking.

Anyone know how long it takes to get rid of the pounds that you put on from taking steroids? Next week is our last weigh in for the class I've been taking at the Y (I weigh on Friday) and it's also the last week of my Wed. night class for a couple of weeks. We start a new session on Wed. nights on April 15, and I think my next class at the Y starts April, 20. I will have to get my behind in gear during the down weeks.

Good Morning Ladies!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I stayed OP even with kaitlins birthday in there! No cake here! We bought a mini one and my husband cut and served it! Worked out great!
I still can't seem to get my water intake where it should be - but I did increase it a little. And again..........still not exercising!

Tina - YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!!!! I do need a new line of work! It is an "unhealthy" job for me!!!! Maybe someday my AVON business will be big enough to retire from my full time job!:?:

Tammy - I sure wish I could share some of that chocolate with you! Maybe we will have a big 3FC meeting somewhere someday and I'll bring some for everyone!;)

Maureen - How is the new job going?

Hi Dori! Hi Susan!

Well gotta run! It's just another manic monday!!!
