Question Chocolate wafers and Cool Whip

Someone mentioned this delicious recipe to me. You had to use these thin chocolate wafers that you buy in the baking section and low fat Cool Whip. They said that you can freeze them. I was told that they were 1 and 1/2 points. How can I know for sure? The chocolate wafers did not have any nutritional info on the package. Anyone know the nutritional info for these?

The nutritional value will vary greatly depending on brand. What brand are they?

Default Can I add?

There some cookis in my local grocery, that I use the same way. I can't recall the names, something like Anna's, they are real thin cripsy cookie. 6 cookies are 135 cal. I'll put frozen cool whip between them, or crush them up, layer them with cool whip and drizzle with FF lemon yogurt. You name it... They come in Lemon, organge, ginger, cinnamin almond and now cuppacino.
