Welcome again to another chapter in a wonderful month full of exercise, support, and loads of FUN!!! We are at an amazing 10322 minutes! This month's goal is to add 5000 more minutes to our already grand total! So lets go ladies!! (and gents!)

Yay for a new month! I think i'll go for a big goal of 2500 minutes since I am starting my track season tomorrow, and will have practice everyday for at least an hour.

Alright! So I am starting off March with 60 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes abs/pushups and stretching= 75 minutes. YAYYY!!!

Did 30 bike, 60 tae-bo, and 45 yoga. I really needed that yoga after tae-bo,(Tae-bo really wears you out!)

Made me personal goal 2000 again to make it this month!

Lizziep + pocket, make sure you make monthly goals and add to the group total. ( It helps keep track of what you are doing as the month wears on and I'm secretly not good at math so I would lov if you guys were add to the group total.) Use my post as an example, I'll add your guys' minutes right now though

Group- 150(me)+75(lizziep)+60(pocket)=10847

Oh and buy the way I had a miscalcultion last night when I tried to figure out our monthly goal. I know I originally said 5000 but we made 7000 minutes last month!!
So I've uped it 8000(sorry but better now than later!

Ugh!! Well I'm back in town after a rush trip up to Santa Cruz because my oldest daughter who is an UCSC student had emergency surgery last week on what turned out to be a cyst that was mangling her fallopian tube, causing internal bleeding massive pain etc. etc.!!! It was very scary until they got in there and found the cause, hopefully she will be good as new real soon.

Anyhow.....I didn't want her recovering in her crazed dorm room so I went up and got a nice hotel room on the beach and played nurse for a few days. Needless to to rained half the time and so I'm coming off of hanging in a hotel room and ordering in food etc, not good but I did at least manage to eat semi healthy and stay away from junk etc. NO EXERCISE LAST WEEK AT ALL!

Oh well, back on the old bike! Will try to put in an hour today and get back on track....

Hey everyone - I did 45 mins at the gym last night on the bike, and went farther (and faster, obviously) than the night before, so yay, progress!

Hourlong weekly step aerobics class starts at the Y tonight, so we'll see how I do. I think an hour might be a bit much for me but I'll bring plenty of water and take plenty of breaks!

morning ladies! i'm feeling a little bit like i'm awesome today- i went to bed not expecting to work out this morning, but i woke up before my alarm and couldn't go back to sleep so i got up and did it! 30 minutes on the ole bike. wooohooo!

now if i can just keep the cold that everyone around me has at bay.... then i'll really be awesome.

**That's the weird part. I think she knew she was busted, and I think she froze. She didn't move at all! she stayed right in front of my stuff as I gathered it all and left. I froze too. I couldn't say anything! I didn't even know what to say! I was stunned! Very awkward situation!! But she is no longer a member of the gym and is being charged with theft.**

Today I did 25 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes bootcamp. New instructor today. WAY HARDER THAN BEFORE!!

i'm so disappointed in myself. i broke my awesome streak for working out. didn't do anything yesterday. i fell into the trap of bad thinking habits. i had a fight w/ a friend and then just couldn't bring myself to do anything went home last night and crawled into bed. boooo. i will have stuff to add for this weekend though!! i'm not going to let this stop me like it would have in the past.

Well I didn't meet my goal. Stressful week so far... interfering with my routine. Regardless, I am proud of myself for doing as much as I did. This is a major lifestyle change for me, and it is taking time to adjust.

I just want to say great job everyone! You're all an inspiration. This thread helped keep me motivated last month. Thanks! Now on to April...
