16lbs ago, when I wore my uniform shirt it was so tight that I had to wear a sweater over the top.
Still wearing a sweater, because it's cold but now as I walk along I can feel the shirt and sweater flapping against me as I go. That feels soosooo good!

That's right!!! Feels better then any of that food ever tasted.

You stick with this, and there are soooo many more great things to "feel"!!
