I was hoping for a loss today on the scale, still stuck. I lost 4 but that was the 4 I had gained early in the month so actual weight loss is 0.

my goal was 10- and I had lost 6 then gained 4.... ugh. so it puts me at -2... guess that is better than it coulda been, but not near as good as it coulda been either!!!

I don't have my Feb. 1 weight, but I started SBD Jan. 14 and to date I've lost 5.5 pounds.

I think I'm going to measure my waist every month, because it's the most important measurement for overall health. Today I measured, and I've lost 2 inches off my waist!

Like many of you, I lost some then gained some. Valentine's Day began the downward spiral!!! I lost 3.5, then gained 2.5 back, so a net loss of 1 pound...This provides good motivation to have a better March!
