WW Clubs and Groups - Swimsuit Season Challenge Update #3

Hello all! Even though I'm doing super-crappy on my swimsuit season challenge right now, I thought I'd start a post. I've been a non-stop eating machine all week. But on the bright side, I was down 1.8 at my last WI. After I go off nights, I know things will go back to normal and I'll be able to keep better control of my eating.

Sorry I can't make this longer, must go work now, sigh...

My week 3 goals & accomplishments:

Losing weight: I did manage to lose another 2 pounds over week 3! So now I'm down a total of 7 pounds on this challenge, 8 more to go...

Exercising 4-5 times/week! made it 5 times/week, mainly walks outside, but it must have worked.

Portion size and eating is absolutely out of control! I need to get a handle on this one. I have been an absolute eating machine too, jess.

and... finding a job is really tough. still working on it though.

Good luck everyone! Keep it going, we've got 5(?) more weeks!

Ok haven't updated since week one. I lost 4 pds week one and 1/2 pd in week 2 and haven't since but the way I have been eating this past wk I am glad to have kept the 4.5 off.

So reinstating my goals.

Exercise 3x/wk @ least

Water, Water, Water

Veggies/Fruit 5/day

Pack Lunches

Ok those are my main goals. I set my goal at losing 1.5-2 pds perwkk during this challenge so I am behind appx. 1.5 pds behind my minimum goal of 1.5 /wk. Not bad but I want a bit more progress. appx 5 wks left according to my calculations :) Good luck ladies.

Hey girls...

My update is that I haven't been following the challenge AT ALL. First I went to Florida, then I got sick and now I am involved with a boy who is distracting me from my goals!

I have been holding steady at 152.5, so it could be worse......

I confess that I haven't been faithful to the challenge either. Mostly my problem has been in managing my eating/drinking - much harder to do now that I have a social life. Until this weekend I was doing well on increasing my running distance but a bad chest cold has pretty much put a stop to running for awhile.

I've been pretty good, but last week at WI I gained 1.6 from eating out too much and TOM. I skipped WI tonight, but I'm still TOM and I worked late and worked on the house when I got home. I scrubbed...and I mean scrubbed the bathtub!! I'm pretty tired now!
I'll post my weight next week so we can see how we're doing!
