Default Workout

So it is FREEZING again in WA . So I wanted to go get an exercise video that I can do in any weather. DH and I picked up the Biggest Loser Cardio Workout and some weights from Target today and did it a few minutes ago and it seriously kicks your butt! I don't remember the last time I got such a great workout.

So if you are looking for a new way to vamp up your workouts and burn some serious calories go buy that video.

Ive actually been doing the BL tape for about 4 weeks and it does kick your butt. I really like but if you have bad knees i wouldn't recommend it.

I've been going to the gym STEADILY for 2 months now. This month, I've even gone every day. The one day I supplemented my very lazy 30 min walk on the treadmill with Jillian's dvd, I hurt more the next day than I have this whole two months. Not painful hurt, but you know, the good I-used-my-muscles-yesterday hurt. I recommend that too.

I bought the BL dvd a while back and tried it out - really hurt my knees so I never used it again
I want to try the 30 day shred by Jillian but I want to lose a few more lbs before getting it

I tried the BL video two days ago since I couldn't get to the gym. My god, my butt has been killing me since that time! I don't have the best knees though, so I found that some of the stuff I couldn't do. So, I don't know how much I will go back to that particular video.

cardio max is awesome . . . . I'm doing all three levels right now! I still can't do more than 5 jumping lunges or more than 3 "real pushups", but everything else I have gotten so much better with and I have grown to REALLY like the third level because it is more fun.

I'm thinking of getting power sculpt or 30DS sometime soon because I'm getting to the point where I need to switch out my exercises.

I did my first 30 day shred yesterday after almost two months of nothing but the exercise bike and it kicked my butt. I can hardly move!! It really motivates me though so I'll definately keep up with it. Ya know, once I'm able to walk again! lol

I have the 30 day shred and I've been doing it for two weeks. It REALLY works you out!

I suggest this dvd for anyone that wants a good workout.

I am feeling it today! My butt and sides hurt so bad!!! Not like a bad hurt but a good "I actually worked those muscles" hurt. I have decided that, that workout is an every other day workout and I will do something else all the other days.
