Today was bad with a capital B-A-D.

I made the HUGE mistake of wearing heels to school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My most comfortable heels (boots) yes, but, I FORGOT to put socks on.

I am in beauty school. So, standing in ONE SPOT for 5 hours BLOWS. WHAT was I thinking!?

Then a girl doesnt come in. I get her cut and color. the lady wants a FULL HEAD of highlights. I hate doing highlights. Thank god her hair was virgin and I could use color instead of bleach!

Anyhow, four hours later, I was finishing up, cutting her hair, after having recovered from my near panic attack of burning feet and anxiety with taking too long to do this ladies highlights, crying in the bathroom wishing TO GOD I could get wings for dinner...OMG IT WAS AWFUL.

The customer drove me home, WAY out of her way, it was so sweet.

But, I DID get wings. that's life. Sometimes you need to indulge when you've had a bad day. I haven't 'emotionally eaten' in months. Today was B-A-D and tomorrow I'll get back on the wagon.

God I wish I had some ice cream. lol.

I'm not going to school tomorrow. I stayed TWO HOURS past time to finish that ladys hair. augh!

I'm glad you don't have ice cream. :p You should treat yourself to a long soak in a bubbly bath to soothe your poor feet.

<wishing someone would make my hair look nice>

ITA with PP - On the plus side though, you must have done a great job on her hair though if she was willing to take you home after! I have a VERY short list of hair stylists I would do that for!

So sorry you had a crappy day hon. This might be agood time to finde something non food related that you can comfort yourself with. We all have days like that sometimes they sneak up on you. Maybe next time you can comfort yourself with a bath or a good book to take your mind off things. I know for me a couple realy bad days in a row (and it's happened) can be damaging to all that you worked for.
