I just started losing weight and I hate the idea that I'll get off track on my birthday. It's not that I'm going to go crazy, but I have friends taking me to Olive Garden and buying me glasses of wine. I haven't lost much, and I don't want it all to be undone. Any tips for eating at Olive Garden?
are you worried about it being a trigger or just about over-indulgence for one night? If it's the latter I seriously recommend you just enjoy it - you only turn 21 once!
I love the soup and salad option at the olive garden, it's almost always what I get. I ask for the dressing on the side cos otherwise it comes out DRIPPING and if I eat breadsticks, I request them plain (w/out the butter/oil). The Minestrone soup isn't bad for you.
Oh I went to Olive Garden on my anniversary and I was scared too. I checked out their website and I learned that their Venitian Apricot Chicken only has 350 cals! And it's a great portion. It was deeeelicious! And you can have a breadstick if you'd like as well, they are 150 cals each. Also if you'd rather pasta, they have the Linguine Alla Marinara that clocks in at only about 450 cals. Have fun!!
