I generally weigh in first thing in the morning and generally do it every day. I am going to try to limit myself to 2x a week. How often and what time of day do you all weigh in?
I weigh in on Sundays and Wednesdays. But sometimes I cheat and weight myself other days of the week too. I try not to do that too often though because it can get addictive and at least if I do it twice a week i have something to look forward too (or not depending on the week)
I weigh in every single morning. However, I started charting my weight and am not discouraged by minor fluctuations. My weight fluctuations are predictable in my chart and the daily weighing keeps me honest! Every one must find the own way and find what works for them.
Every Saturday morning, I generally leap outta bed first thing, which stops the lazy lie-in too! I always make sure to go the toilet first though, every little helps!!
I weigh in every day after doing the yoga stuff on my wiifit. So usually around 4 or 5 pm. I love it on the wii cause it makes a chart of weight and bmi and all that for me to look back on. I also usually step on the scale in the bathroom when I'm in there sometimes haha. It's addicting. But I only count the wiifit weight cause it's probably more accurate anyway.
I weigh every flipping morning and am obsessed. If I have been really "good" the day before and haven't lost a pound I get very discouraged and if I have lost any weight I am jubilant. Way too obsessive I suppose but that is just where I am for now. One minute at a time for sure.
Right after I get up in the morning and go potty I weigh myself every single morning.
But I decided to have just one official weigh in day, which is friday for a challenge I am doing. So only my weight on friday "counts".
I like weighing myself everyday it kindof makes me feel alittle bit better seeing that it does change so that it is just a number and shouldn't mean the whole world.
Though at the same time it sucks and can be worrysome lol
I weigh myself in several times a week....but only my weight on Saturday mornings "count". I have the scale in my bedroom under my dresser, so I have to physically remember to take it out and bring it to the bathroom. So, that helps me not do it everyday, mainly because 5:30am comes really early
I weigh my self on mon mornings. However sometimes when I see the scale I jump on it to see where I'm at. But I am used to the saying that you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday.
Officially, every Friday morning, before food. Unofficially, a few times a week. I'd do it more often, but I don't want to run down the battery. Good thing I have the digital kind, because otherwise I'd probably never get off.
I don't really weigh "officially" on any particular day of the week. I get weighed by the WiiFit during the body test three or four days per week, and I scribble that number on my calendar where I jot down my physical activity and time spent exercising, as well as my Wii Fit Age. When a number has shown up consistently for a couple days in a row, I call it official and update my ticker. Tomorrow, if the scale still says what it said yesterday and two days ago, I'll call it good and update to 257.
