30-Somethings - Hi. I'm new..

I introduced myself on the other board. I thought I would join the 30 somethings. I am 34 and want to get myself in shape so I can have a baby. I am not healthy right now.
Ijust got my WATP and did two miles. I loved those two miles....
It feels good to think positively about life changes and ge good support.

You can jump in on 'Diet Buddies' if you like. we all have slightly different goals and we just started the thread in january so it's kinda like a 2009 thing for us :)

Welcome! You are wise to get some weight off before getting pregnant. It will be so much easier on you and the baby.
