Do You Know..
anyone that literally makes your head hurt just to listen to em talk for a few minutes? my father in law is like that.. here are just a few of his beliefs that he feels very strong about and makes me want to hit him lol.
1. women should Never work under any circumstances.. it takes jobs away from 'blokes'.
2. everyone that has ever done any drugs from pot on up should be castrated so they dont pass on those 'bad genes'.
3. men should Never get married cause ALL women just spend the blokes money and cause them to go into debt.
4. ALL women stop giving up sex when they get married.. All women(can ya really blame my mother in law for stopping at this point? lol)
5. direct quote-' i never changed a nappie.. i told her indoors that when she had sprogs that they were her responsibility.. she left our heather with me one day and when she come home and saw she was in a dirty nappy and had been all day she learned real fast not to leave her with me again'
6. babies are nothing but machines for turning milk into S£$%.
those are just a few of his words of wisdom.. the sad thing is, it seems the more ignorant a person is, the more they like to vocalize their inane bulls£%^. thank God my husband is NOTHING like his father, and cant stand the man himself which is kinda sad albiet understandable. Why my mother in law has put up with it for 35 years is beyond me, but to each his own. Guess i just had to vent a bit, and also find out if anyone else has met or knows a similar person.. i myself would never have believed such a person could exist till i met my father in law lol..
on the flip side, he will give someone the shirt off his back if they need it and has a really generous heart... he is the closest thing to a jeckle /hyde personality i have ever come across.
