Exercise! - update on my 1st trip to the gym

Well...unfortunately I didn't get to go. I came home from work to 2 sick babies and I hate putting sick kids in a nursery where they could infect other kids, plus they would've been bad for the person in charge....

But I did manage to do an intense 30min walk on my treadmill with a good incline so I feel pretty good that I didn't just call it quits all together.

Thanks for all the advice you guys gave me yesterday.

Hope they feel better soon! Great job on squeezing in some exercise anyway!
