Hello, for those of you on the Wonderslim or Medifast plans..Do you take an extra multivitamin? The plan is recommending a multivitamin, but there are already vitamins and minerals added to the meal supplements. Just wondering what everyone else is doing..

Hi Jen,

Medifast does not require any additional vitamins or supplements. Everything you need is in the meals.

I think I read that Wonderslim recommends that you take a multi vitamin.
