on a site called lowcarb.com, you can purchase La Tortilla Factory low car, fat free tortillas. They are made with soy flour, wheat flour and oat fibre along with cold pressed canola oil. Each tortilla has 12 carbs and 9 grams of fibre for a net carb count of 3! They come 10 in a pack.
I don't know how much they cost, nor do I know the shipping and handling charges. I have never shopped on-line, but the site was given a 95-100% customer approval rating, so it must be ok.

No but you can make no carb chips out of grated cheese. I like Kraft grated cheese. Some grated cheeses STINK as in PEEEUUUUU when you cook them. Spray pam in a non stick pan. Put some cheese in it (enuf to cover the bottom of the pan) and let it melt and get brown, flip it and let the other side get brown too. Take it out and let it cool off (it will get real crispy). These are great as crutons in your salad too and with cheese & pepperoni mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
