? re: exercise, fibro and back issues
I'm new here. Have 50 lbs to lose, have hypothyroid, fibromyalgia, many back issues-mild scoliosis, pinched nerves, arthritis in neck, lower back, bad right knee, hip problems.
I'm feeling way older than the 44 yrs I am.
I know I need to exercise but I just don't know which way to go with it.
I recieved 2 'walk away the pounds' dvds as a gift.
My chiro told me once that yoga was good.
I can't afford a gym or personal trainer so need soemthign I can do here at home.
Any suggestions? I have some stretching exercises and will start the WATP soon. I don't think I need to do it every day. What can I alternate it with, how do I deal with the pain from my 'ailments'?
So many questions. I just dont' want to do more damage than I have already.
Thanks for your answers
lol! I don't want to be a whiney but I forgot to add I also had a abdominal hysterectomy w/vag. cuff suspension and a bladder sling back in Sept 08. I'm still quite tender from that.
