Low Carb Archive - Hi Everyone ! day 2 for me !

This is my second day :) I have lost two pounds.. I am in ketosis (got the strips ). I cant believe two pounds just fell off me that quick. I think I am dreaming .

Stick with it-isn't it a great feeling? I fell off the wagon for almost a week and started up again yesterday so I'm kinda right there with you. You might get a headache soon or feel kinda crappy, but the feeling only lasts a day or two. If you need ANY help, this is the place to be. Rock on, sistah!!!!:dizzy:

Hi

I was doing great on my first week up until Saturday. Lost 5lb but had too much falling down water at the weekend which has put me back somewhat.

I have been back on track since Monday so I am hoping that at my official weigh-in tomorrow night, it will be good news.
Hope I haven't done too much damage!
