I am new to this forum and also started 8 Minutes in the Morning I wanted to see if anyone else is doing this program and I am also looking for some support. Please let me know if anyone is interested in sharing successes and challenges. :dizzy:

This is a program by Jorge Cruise that combines anaerobic excercise (minor amount in the morning) with sensible eating plan that allows for variety of individual or strict do's and don'ts for those that need that.
I like it because the book and/or web site are interactive and this helps me. He combines motivational speech with very specific excercises so there is no guess work.
I am only on day 2 but I know it is working!
