I got bored with Level 1, although I didn't feel like it was "too easy". But wow, yeah. Level 2 is crazy tough! but a good tough! I like it better, it's more interesting....

I just picked up my DVD last night. I just started Exercise 1 and it kicked my butt! I could not complete it. I'm gonna have to work on it a little everyday to work up to it. Any suggestions?

I just ordered it few days ago, but I'm doing Chalean Extreme now, so I hope to be able to complete the workouts :D

I also, just started Level 2, I just needed a change!! Wow, she doesn't let up, no rest, this is one of the best/toughest workouts I've ever done. I agree those plank twists are so hard, lots of muscle soreness tonight, but I do plan to do it again, after some sleep that is!!

Good luck with Level 2! I cannot get half way thru Level 1 yet. I am having to build myself up since I am out of shape.

I did level 1 for 3 days and wanted a change so I did level 2 last night, wow. It really kicked my butt. I love Jillian, she really keeps you going.

I started Level 1 today. Had to catch my breath and stop the pain a second here and there but I made it thru. I was really surprised at the intesity. I like it but I also like to have fun so after I did level 1 I put in my hip hop abs and did 30 minutes of that!!! They say burn is good. I lost 7 lbs so far so I will keep going!

im sticking with level 1 for the 10 days. im at 8 days so ill see what you guys are talking about soon!

i think i'm also going to throw in some carmen electra stripper-obics here and there too for funsies ;)

I woke up this morning and my legs are very sore. Ouch!!! Only one day and they hurt that bad. So stupid me does Level 1 again for day 2. My legs are not that bad but a new sore for me. I will probably need to take a break though to recoup. I can only imagine the intensity of Level 2!

Those planks are killer on the abs, but I can almost keep up with her on level 2, my abs were so sore last week, that I had to do single leg lifts instead of the bicycle crunch, both legs could not be lifted at the same time. Ouch!! On the bright side, abs are all better.

In the last 3wks, I have lost 9lbs, it really does work, if you stick with it and do it daily!!

I'm new to 3FC and I am also new to 30 day shred, as in just completed day one. I am in pain!!! Not too bad though, kinda a good pain. I am motivated by all the good reviews and looking forward to being in better shape!

so day one level one and all i can say is... OW! I bought 5 lb weights just because i felt the 3 lb weights in the store were to light.. boy was i wrong! I made it through though with 3 rests lasting approx 10 seconds to catch my breath. The side lunges were killer and I had to put the weights down for the second rep.. my arms were weight enough!

I finally feel as though I worked out productively.

I can't wait until I feel this is easier.. here's to day two tomorrow!

I just finished my first Level 1 workout......and my arms and legs feel like jelly....

And I have to go to work, aaaaaahhhhhh..

Some problems I had,
I can't do a push up for my life. Even the modified version is unattainable. My upper body does not want to go down. My arms can't bend. lol

Butt kicks...I was so drained, all I could manage were knee lifts with a few butt kicks interspersed. lol

Here's hoping tomorrow will be better!
