lol! I think my elliptical and I are just dating, but that's because I'm not over my fling with the exerbike.

I am seeing them BOTH right now....ssshhhh.....

Elliptical: Tabata w/o

exerbike: 40 min

I do the bike while I watch "Alias" on dvd, I can't watch the next episode unless I'm on the bike. any of you that have seen it know that they end almost every episode with a major cliffhanger.

I may do my 3 mile walk this eve. I use audiobooks on the ipod for that. right now I am listening to the "odd Thomas" series by Dean Koontz.

I did My Fitness Coach today, today was a 15 min day and was centered around flexibility. (thank god, as I am sick and couldnt' have done much more!)

30 mins of upper body work out on My Fitness Coach tonight. I'm still sick, but I took 4 tylenol, ate a fruit bar (to numb my throat so I could breath) took some chloroseptic max (which works WONDERS) and had at it!

I have to run my father's buisness while he is out of the country. I am not sure how to fit my workout into HIS crazie schedule. I think I will go home and workout for my lunch break. Bla!

Tue. I did nothing, but chase my 14 mon th old around the house. That has to count for something. Yesterday I did another 40 mins on the Treadmill @ 3.5 mph and 4 for the incline during my lunch and tonight after baby is in bed I plan on doing my ZUMBA Dvd for the first time. Hope I don't bring the house down!:p
