Diuretics...hmm, I'm not sure there's much of a point to them, besides making you dehydrated in the long term. Really, they might make you feel better about yourself the first couple of times you weigh, because you'll have less water weight, but it really makes no difference in weight loss that I've seen.

Personally, I take viactiv chews, which are yummy and have just about all the nutrients you need. Taking a multivitamin should cover your nutritional needs (provided you don't eat terribly).

Thank you Kelly! My sister said basically the same thing about diuretics. I do tend to carry alot of water weight! I've heard lemon & water works well- what do you think?

I am trying to watch my diet. Eating sensibly, etc. I have heard about viactiv chews- good things- and will look into them. What do you think about herbal suppliments?

I don't take any manufactured vitamins. I eat real foods. I take spirulina, chlorella, colostrum (for immunity support), and microhydrin (anti-oxidant). I've been taking D-3 since I'm not getting much sun. Spirulina is awesome. I had a bunch of warts on my hand. A week or two after taking spirulina, the warts sloughed off my hand. And I had tried so many things to get rid of them.

It would be best if you could find a good holistic doctor that is into nutrition and good health and not just pumping you full of designer drugs.
