Hi everybody. I am switching from core to flex. I do like the freedom of the core plan but seem to not be losing very quickly. I've been told maybe I'm not eating enough. I am heading to my first WW meeting on Wed. night. Maybe with counting points I will feel more in charge and not afraid to eat. It does seem I was eating alot but I started on Jan. 5 th. . At 1 point last week I was down 13 lbs. I got up the next day to be 5 lbs heavier. I have been eating op religiously not eating but have of my extra points and still not losing like I would like. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. I look forward to all the great information available on this board to ease my way down the weight loss path.
