Well, I stuck to plan pretty well this week but I did miss a couple of days of exercise do to a coupler of long work days running around to meetings and such. I knew how fast the pounds were comming off was going to slow down. I stayed the same this week but over the first 4 weeks/month of this plan I lost 23lbs and 4". Felling pretty good about that. Going to make sure I don't miss any exercise this week and also am going to add some strength training.

I hope everyone had a good week, lets keep at it.

Same here with the food...... no exercise because it was month end close. I will add the exercise back in starting today. I am down a half of a pound. I just lose way too slow.....but it isn't about the numbers on the scales but how I feel. :)

Welcome 3605, I have been on this for a month now and it has been great. This has been the easiest to stick to eating plan I have ever tried.

Well that is if you exclude the Beer, Steak, and Butter diet I was on for about 10 years.

I hope everyone had a great long weekend. I went away for the weekend so I am checking in today. Down 3 lbs and looks like an inch.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Glad to know people are here again, I wasn't getting any email and forgot I had to subscribe each month. I'm halfway back on track.
