Usually when my kids get sick I manage to take care of them and not catch whatever they have. I guess I have a good imune system. This time we are all sick. Same with my parents, sister, grandma, and aunt, the in laws. Everyone has had it. I haaaaaaate being sick and I feel rotten!

Everything hurts, I am congested in my chest and nose, i have conjunctivitis in my eye to boot. So now what do I do? I can't workout. I'm sure I will do fine with my eating but I fear not being able to workout. I dread having my progress slowed in any way. I know I should probably just suck it up but I feel so anxious about it.

I'm scare that I will go a few days not working out while I'm sick and I won't be able to get back into it. That is usualy what happened when I start and stop my plan before. Something would happen where I would be too busy or whatever and skip a day or two but then it would turn into a complete abandonment of my plan.

I think I need a nap. Blaah!

I've had the flu a few days- and day 1 where I was so sick I didn't even go to work- I did eat a little more of what I wanted- I had some chicken noodle soup and a few comfort foods- I still managed to eat like 1900 calories- not great but not as bad as before.

I am bummed I can't work out either- it totally sucks and the scale has gone up a few pounds- but I'm crediting it to this flu and nothing more- when I'm over this it's back to the gym full force :D
