Weight Watchers - Treadmill and Points?

Hi! I just started WW on my own on Jan 2~ in 3 weeks I lost 15 pounds and never exercised. We finally got our treadmill out and now that I am using the treadmill at least 20 minutes a day....I'm not losing any weight :( I'm not sure what I am doing wrong now. I don't eat the points earned from exercising either. Another question I have is -if I burn 200 calories on the treadmill, does that give me 4 points (50cal =1 point??)
One more thing is we bought a new scale and I found out I am 5 pounds more than what I thought I was. SO, I upped my points from 19 - 21 (since I stopped losing weight) will this mess things up?? Right now I weigh 145 and I am 5'5".
I hope someone can help me! I was doing so good and need to get back on track again!
Thank you ;)

W/W does it by judging intensity, time done and your current weight.
Low - you can talk and sing
Mod - you can talk but not sing
High - you need a deep breath to speak every 1-3 syllables
but if you use the calories burned it is 100 calories burned = 1 AP however don't go by the calories burned from the machine they are know to be off by a lot. Get yourself a heart rate monitor (HRM).

Hi Mom54,
I started WW 3 weeks ago, and since I started running I've had the same problem as you. The first week when I wasn't working out, I lost 1.8lbs, the second week only 0.8, and this week 0.6. I've been following the points very diligently, and so I asked my leader about it at my meeting yesterday. She suggested that since I (like you) have not been eating my activity points , that I may not be getting enough calories. I don't usually use my flex points either, so she suggested that I start by eating the activity points that I accumulate, and if that doesn't work then start eating the FPs, too.
I know it seems counter-intuitive to eat more to lose weight, but I've run this idea by a few friends of mine who have lost a lot of weight on WW. They confirmed that they tended to lose more when they ate their APs and FPs.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in this particular challenge, and to pass along the advice I received. Good luck and congratulations on your loss so far- 15 lbs is amazing! :)
