Hey ladies! I hope you are all doing well. I am still in teething **** with DD. She is just about 8 months old and her teeth are just now coming in. She has one that's completely in and a few more will be popping out soon! Needless to say, I am tired...she's gone from waking up once a night to waking up 3 times a night! I can't wait till I can get a full night's sleep again!

That's always fun!! Luckily my sons teeth came in real easy. Now we switched him to a toddler bed, so around 2 every morning I get him pulling on my arm to get into my bed. Yippie!!

Hi all! I'm new here, and thought I would join in! Well my baby is 10 months old, and has two teeth, but luckily those ones didn't cause us any trouble, we just sort of woke up on Christmas and she had a tooth! hopefully it stays that way!lol... so quick question, I have terrible strech marks around my belly button and I'm scared that if I lose weight I will have loose strechmarky skin hanging there...does anyone know if this is correct? Or will they get better with some weight loss?

tandifrass: I got horrible strtch marks on my stomach when I was pregnant also. Slowly but surely they have faded tons. I was just thinking today "hey I might just be able to wear a bikini when I lose all this weight" which I thought would never be possible again. Hang in there!!

Gurl, I WISH my son would only wake up once a night ... he's also 8 months and teething (none yet though) and since he was born i have not gotten more than a 3-4 hour stretch of sleep before he wakes me up in the night. On average, he's waking me up about 3 times a night, sometimes only 2 if im lucky. Everyone tells me "you need to feed that baby, maybe that's why hes wakling up ..." Um, no ... he's only 8 months and was weighing in at 22lbs at his 6 month checkup! He eats both formula AND table food, and I've even tried cereal in his bottle at night ... no luck .... If anyone has any suggestions on getting him to sleep thru the night, I'm all ears! LOL

so y'all are gonna hate me but unless something is really wrong, my DS has been sleeping through the night since he was 5 months old.

He's been cranky lately though. It seems like his appetite has doubled overnight!

lol @ Leighish. My DS has been sleeping through the night since around 2 months. At first I would worry. You know how they tell you "wake them up every 2 hours the first 3 months". He refused to wake up. Period. His sleeping sure was a blessing when DH was deployed and I was all alone.

Good luck on the teething. It sure is a test of patience as are the terrible 2's. The first half of the 3's were a little worse which was something no one told me. But everything has been smooth sailing since. My little man will be 5 in May. I'm a stay at home mom who is very attached and I am so dreading August when he leaves me and starts school. Enjoy every second of the younger years while you can. They sure do pass by quickly.
